Works with your AI
Ask the AI you already use about the business
Crewfather speaks MCP, the same protocol Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok already use. Point one at your workspace and it can read the jobs, customers, and schedule the office sees.
On every plan, including the trial. No extra add-on.

What you can ask
The same records the office already has
Nothing new to type in. Your AI talks to Crewfather the way the in-app assistant does: against the live workspace, scoped to your account.
What’s on today
Ask for the day’s visits, who is assigned, and what is still unscheduled. The answer comes from the same calendar the office and the crew already share.
A customer, pulled up
Name a customer and get the property, the open jobs, and the last notes, without hunting through records yourself.
Changes, when you allow them
A full-access key can create a job, add a note, or move a card. A read-only key can only look, which is the right default until you decide otherwise.
Setup
Three steps, then ask it anything about the day
- 1
Create a Developer API key in Settings. Treat it like a password: one per tool, and revoke it if you stop using that tool.
- 2
Open Settings, Developer, MCP. Copy the server URL. Each client has its own steps on that screen, written against how that client actually connects.
- 3
Ask “What’s on my schedule this week?” If the answer names real visits, the connection is working.
Exact fields for Claude Desktop and ChatGPT, and what to paste into Grok or any other MCP client, are in the help centre.
Two ways in
The in-app assistant is still there
Pro includes an assistant inside Crewfather for people who want to stay in the app. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok is separate: it uses your own AI, on every plan, through a key you control.
Your key, your AI
Crewfather does not send your workspace to those companies. You connect them. That is an arrangement between you and the provider; they are not our subprocessors.
Read-only until you say otherwise
A read-only key can look up jobs, contacts, and the schedule. A full-access key can also create and update work. Start read-only.
Any MCP client
If a tool can point at an MCP server, it can point at Crewfather. The named apps are the ones people ask about first, not an exclusive list.
