Subprocessors
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Crewfather uses the companies below to provide the Service. Each of them processes information only to do the job listed here, on our instructions. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why; this page is the list of who helps us handle it, kept separately so it stays current.
| Company | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, networking, file storage, and the AI that powers the assistant |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription billing |
| Resend | Sending email, including messages to your customers |
| Twilio | Sending and receiving text and WhatsApp messages with your customers |
| SignalWire | Alternative provider for text messaging, used only if your workspace is set up with it |
| Crisp | Support chat on our website |
| Optional sign-in, and address lookup and maps | |
| Apple | Optional sign-in |
| OpenStreetMap Foundation | Turning a typed address into map coordinates, and map images |
| Intuit | QuickBooks Online sync, used only if you connect your QuickBooks account |
| Grafana Labs | Operational logs and performance monitoring for our own systems |
| Microsoft | Secure storage of our own system credentials |
We are adding where each company processes information, taken from our agreements with them rather than from assumption. That column will appear here once it is confirmed.
Tools you connect yourself
Some integrations send your Crewfather data to a service you choose and control. QuickBooks is one, and it appears above because we make the connection on your instruction. Others, such as connecting an outside AI assistant to our API with your own key, are arrangements between you and that provider: we are not the ones sending your data to them, and they are not our subprocessors.
Changes
We update this page when a company is added or removed. The date at the top is when it last changed.
