Questions, answered
Do I need a credit card to try Crewfather?
No. Every new organization gets a 14-day free trial with full access. You only add a card when you decide to keep going.
Does it work in the field?
Yes. Crewfather runs in any browser, including on a phone, so you can pull up a job and add a note from the truck. Your customers never install anything either.
How does pricing work for my team?
Plans are per organization, not per seat. Starter covers up to 3 team members; Pro removes the limit entirely.
Can customers see their jobs?
Each customer gets a portal link where they can approve quotes, see upcoming visits, and pay invoices. No login or app install needed.
I already use Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a spreadsheet. What happens to my data?
Your customer list comes with you: export it from your current system (CSV works fine), send it to support@crewfather.com during your trial, and we import it for you, free, with a row-by-row report of what landed. Past job history stays in your old system for now; we would rather tell you that plainly than promise a migration that drops the details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel from the billing page whenever you like.
Can I connect the AI I already use?
Yes. Crewfather speaks MCP, so you can point the AI you already use at your workspace and ask it about jobs, customers, and the schedule. Setup lives under Settings, Developer, MCP. The in-app assistant is separate, and is part of Pro.
Can I track inventory on the trucks?
Yes. Keep quantity for the shop and each truck, confirm what a job actually used, and reorder when you hit the line you set. Draft purchase orders group by supplier; nothing emails a supplier until you send it.
